Help wanted: PHP/Joomla skills

Does anybody out there know of a skilled PHP/Joomla developer who might be willing to donate a few hours to this project?

As you know if you've been following the planning blog, we can't fly a charity airlift while there are wars up and down the route, and are planning an internet appeal instead, which will take the form of a pixel-by-pixel sale of an image of the Kenya 1952 log book.

We've found, bought and installed a pixel wall component on the site but

a) it doesn't work, and the developer (YoPHP) has let us down (the company promises installation support but after three weeks we're still waiting)

b) we need to make some modifications anyway as the core product is designed to allow users to upload pixel ads, and we need to change that portion to overlay the wall with “bought” pieces of the log book.

I've had a brief look at the code and database and most of it seems to be in place.  If push comes to shove I'll do it myself, but I'll be slow and we've got loads of other work to do to get the appeal going, so some help with this would be enormously appreciated!

Depending on when we get going, we would like to focus funds on the Somalia famine relief program, and will give as much as we can directly to the UN World Food Program.

If you can help, please get in touch with: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it - thank you!
